The Peppers purchased a Jani-King Franchise in 1994 that quickly blossomed and grew over a 10 year period. Their franchise was the highest in gross revenues for several years and received several district awards including the Regional Presidential Award. Being the top franchise, was a direct result of quality service, 100% of the time.

PF Construction started in 1996. The construction company also began to experience a tremendous amount of growth in the late 90’s, offering construction clean up, building up fits and office sets up along with maintenance for commercial clients and residential renovations throughout Wake County.  Some of the growth was a direct link to the relationship built with the City of Raleigh Community Development program which began in 1996.

We have since combined all our services over the past 20 years into one holistic company. And we mean it when we say “One Call Does It All.” We have built an outstanding reputation on the principle that quality work at a fair price, equals customer satisfaction.
